Have/park-affald er en af de store bunker af næringsstofressourcer, som er tilgængelig for økologer. Og da vi mangler næringsstoffer i økologien, så vil vi gerne have det udnyttet, men vi vil også gerne have det udnyttet optimalt. For have/park-affald alene er ikke en speciel god gødning - heller ikke hvis du komposterer det. Så vi blander det med mere næringsholdige substrater for at få en kompost, som er mere næringsstofoptimeret.

The band name is a tribute to their grandfather Johannes Smed. Jonah Blacksmith released their debut album "Northern Trail" in April 2015, securing a large number of supporters. Danish national radio P4 rotated songs like "I Am King", "Off The Track" and "Dandelion" and at DMA Folk 2015, the band was nominated in three categories. In 2017, the band's second album "Jonah Blacksmith" was released. Gaffa wrote "Candidate for this summer's strongest soundtrack". The album includes the two new P4 favorites "Once You Love" and "Daughter Of Jonah". In 2020 they followed up with the release of their critically acclaimed third album “Brothers”. After touring Denmark in 2021 the single “House On Fire” was released and Jonah Blacksmith got their first TOP 10 radio hit. In addition to Simon Alstrup (vocals, guitar) and Thomas Alstrup (bass and banjo), Jonah Blacksmith consists of Lasse Alstrup (keys, mandolin), Jon Bisgaard Kjeldsen (keys, banjo), Søren Poulsen (drums), Thor Kortegaard (drums) and Søren Bigum (guitar, pedal-steel). A four day early April journey on skis in southern Norway. Two danish guys with a tent learning about the wilderness night pot, the Kjeldsen-Hanwag binding, and blister boots from hell. In this first episode we reach Camp One northwest of Rjukan by ferry, a three hour drive and some 10k skiing on icy old snow.

Toppen af dansk gastronomi fik smag for Thy ved prisfesten under Danske Madanmelderes kokkekonkurrence ’Årets Ret´ 2019 - gastronomiens oscaruddeling. 15 fødevarevirksomheder med rødder i Thy stod nemlig for at levere alle råvarerne til gallamiddagen, som fandt sted på Hotel & Restaurantskolen i Valby.
